Construction of a cold source for FATRA Napajedla

Subject of realization

• Supply of a cooling tower water set, including 4 cooling towers with a total output of 5912 kW at the designed temperature drop of 24 °C / 34 °C
• Of which 3 new enclosed cooling towers with a maximum cooling capacity of 3x1478 kW and one existing enclosed cooling tower with a capacity of 1478 kW, which was relocated and connected to the newly built operating set
• Supply of a machine-cooled water set including 2 cooling units with YORK screw compressors with a total output of 2000 kW, with separate condensers with a total output of 1260 kW, and with continuous power regulation of 2x1003 kW at a projected temperature drop of 6 °C / 12 °C

• The cooling units also include 2 separate outdoor condensers with a cooling capacity of 2 × 1266 kW and refrigerant collectors with a volume of 250 l. The type of refrigerant used is R134a
• Supply of 4 plate heat converters with a total output of 4100 kW
• Supply of magnetic separators, storage tanks, fittings, and complete piping system, including pumps and insulation
• Supply of complete electrical parts, M&R, and its connection to the superior control system
• Commissioning
