• Installation of a new hot water boiler room with an installed capacity of 72 MWt
• Location of a new building with a load-bearing steel structure and an area of 520 m², sheathed with sandwich panels to the existing building of the former boiler room, K7/8
• Installation of three two-flame firetube boilers
• Modification of the existing hot water system, construction of a new control room and substation
