ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o.

was incorporated and entered in Companies Register on 2 August 2004 following CEZ Group´s objective to centralise the process of purchase and sale material for distribution networks into the independent subsidiary company. ČEZ, a. s. is the sole 100% owner and  promoter of ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o.

After preparatory stage, ČEZ logistika, s.r.o. officially commenced its business activities on 1 July 2004. The principal line of business is provision of services to the wholesale with electroinstallation material for construction, renewal and maintenance of distribution networks.
