ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o. improves the services for its customers. Material delivery to the right place and on time brings our customers financial savings.For ČEZ Logistika customers is this service provided for free.

At the past were our transport services provided in different ways. Thanks to new service ČLG Transport implementation will our processes be standarized and logistic processes efectivity will increase.

Electroinstallation material transport will be provided only by proved and reliable transporters, with whitch we have long term positive experiences.

Transport dispatching

Transport organisation, transport routes optimalisation, transport capacities monitoring, communication with customers and transporters - all these activities provides dispatcher from ČEZ Logistika.

ČEZ Logistika is currently running warehouses in Louny, Nelahozeves, Plzeň, Hradec Králové, Přerov and Žabeň near Ostrava. Our employees are prepared to provide all ČLG Transport services in alll these warehouses.

Transporting conditions

Valid from 1.10. 2007.

Dispatcher organises optimal transport routes and transport capacities utilisation. Specific time of goods deliveries will be always communicated between dispatcher and customer.

Deliveries will be realised according to delivery conditions CIP, EXW or FCA Incoterms 2000, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. The other way of delivery, which can be concluded is "direct delivery"- direct delivery of goods from Sellers supplier to Buyer.These deliveries will be realised according to delivery condition CIP, to the place specified by Buyer.

The goods will be delivered to Buyer by Seller or by his contract Partner for free, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.

Buyer agrees with these conditions

• In order to optimalise transport costs ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o. is allowed to modify the delivery terms of maximum 5 working days.
• ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o. reserves the right not to offer transport for free in the case of determination date of delivery by customer unilaterally. In these cases will be transport for free only when the order is over 100 thousand CZK net of VAT and in distance of 100 km.
• ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o. reserves the right not to offer transport for free in the case of bulk cargo deliveries, e.g. poles, masts, concrete chutes. In these cases will be transport for free only when the order is over 200 thousand CZK net of VAT and in distance of 100 km.
