was incorporated and entered in the Commercial Register on 2 August 2004 following the ČEZ Group's objective to centralise the process of purchase and sale of material for distribution networks into the Company's independent subsidia ČEZ, a. s.is the sole 100% owner and promoter of ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o.

After the preparatory stage, ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o. commenced officially its business activity on 1 July 2005. The principal line of business of ČEZ Logistika, s.r.o is provision of services to the wholesale with electrical engineering material for construction, renewal and maintenance of distribution networks.
