CEZ Sprava majetku, s.r.o., has been a constituent company of CEZ Group since its establishment in 2000. It acts as a process-based company and supplies CEZ Group primarily with administration and maintenance of estates, transport and other ancillary services.

The administration of non-energy property involves administration of estates, their repairs and maintenance, vehicles areas involves full service – operational leasing, short-term lease of vehicles or transportation administration. CEZ Sprava majetku is also engaged in providing ancillary services – Facility management (organization of people, place and processes)concerning mainly mail rooms, archival and file services/archiving and filing, reprography centres, premises organization and lease, cleaning and other activities.
