(CIA, Feb 15) A total of 2,274 insolvency motions were filed in January 2012, according to the data from the firm Creditreform. This is an increase of 57% y/y. A total of 603 Insolvency motions were filed against entrepreneurs (207 of them against individual entrepreneurs). Creditreform does not predict a major increase for the insolvency motions and adjudicated bankruptcies of legal entities in the upcoming period.
