CSU: Confidence in Czech economy slightly falls in August

The confidence in the Czech Republic slightly decreased m/m in August. The aggregate confidence indicator fell 0.8 point.

(CIA, Aug 24) The confidence in the Czech Republic slightly decreased m/m in August. The aggregate confidence indicator fell 0.8 point. The business confidence indicator increased 0.1 point m/m. According to the Czech Statistical Office (CSU), the consumer confidence indicator fell 4.5 point m/m. The aggregate confidence indicator is 16.3 point up compared with a low value recorded in August 2009.
