(CIA, Aug 25) According to Czech PM Petr Necas, the division of rights between member states and the European Union must not change and budgets must remain sovereign. According to his words, it is necessary to set sanctions for EU member states, so they keep financial limits and not raise their debts. Mr. Necas told this to the Senate before the meeting of EU Council in Brussels.
