According to secretary general of the Czech Photovoltaic Industry Association (CZEPHO) Zuzana Musilova, the introduction of minimum requirements on the efficiency of solar panels makes no sense.

(CIA, Aug 26) According to secretary general of the Czech Photovoltaic Industry Association (CZEPHO) Zuzana Musilova, the introduction of minimum requirements on the efficiency of solar panels makes no sense. Only less than 0.5% of panels in the market meet the limits (16% or 18%) and those that do are primarily designed for areas with higher solar intensity than normal in the Czech Republic.
