INFORMATION ON NPP TEMELÍN 35 / 2012

20. 2. 2012

Unit 2 is in operation. On Saturday evening, Unit 1 was switched off the grid.

The reason of it was a fault in the route of stabilizing steam to the moisture separator. It is an auxiliary system of the turbine that serves for moisture removal and steam reheating in the non-nuclear part of the power plant.
Currently the repair is completed and tonight the Unit 1 should be again synchronized to the grid.
