New subsidiary of ČEZ, a. s. in the Czech Republic – Elektrárna Chvaletice a.s. – Nowa spółka-córka CEZ, a. s. w Czechach – Elektrárna Chvaletice a.s.

ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (hereinafter "the Company") would like to announce a creation of its new subsidiary. Elektrárna Chvaletice a.s. was registered by Czech Commercial Register on 1. February 2010. Elektrárna Chvaletice a.s. is sole owned by ČEZ, a. s., its registered capital amounts to CZK 20.000.000 and was fully paid-up. The establishment of a new subsidiary was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board was informed. The Company was established in order to detach the Chvaletice power plant as a part of the undertaking from ČEZ, a.s.
