Decision on purchase of the 37% share in Romanian join stock company „CEZ Servicii S.A.“ – Zakup 37% udziałów w rumuńskiej spółce „CEZ Servicii S.A.“

ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the “Company”), would like to announce a purchase of the 37% share in Romanian join stock company, „CEZ Servicii S.A.“ („CEZ Servicii“), with its registered office in Pitesti, Romania, at Republicii Boulevard 148, Postal Code 110177, reg. no. 20749442.

The sale and purchase agreement concluded with minority shareholder Electrica S.A. was executed on 21 July 2010 and the ownership became effective by registration with the shareholders’ registry on 28 July 2010. CEZ Servicii is sole owned by the Company. The purchase of the share was, in compliance with the Company’s Articles of Association, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and the Company’s Supervisory Board.
