Martin Říman and Eduard Janota, members of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ – Martin Říman oraz Eduard Janota członkami Rady Nadzorczej ČEZ
The Supervisory Board of ČEZ co-opted Mr. Martin Říman and Mr. Eduard Janota members of the Supervisory Board at its regular meeting today with the effect from 13 August 2010 until the nearest general meeting.
The Supervisory Board currently has 11 members, one position within the Supervisory Board remains vacant.
At the same time the Supervisory Board discussed resigning of Martin Kocourek and Ivan Fuksa from their membership in the Supervisory Board in connection with their appointment ministers in the Czech government.
