(CIANEWS, Jan 24) The overheating labour market has increasingly become a burden for companies. This statement was made by the chief economist of ING Bank for the Czech Republic, Jakub Seidler, in reaction to the data released by the Czech Statistical Office. He added that the lack of appropriate workforce was seen as the largest obstacle to further growth by 33% of industrial enterprises. The chief economist of Generali Investments CEE, Radomír Jáč, believes that the situation on the labour market will also be reflected in slower GDP growth. Komerční Banka economist Viktor Zeisel said that the pace of production would go down not only due to the tense situation on the labour market but also due to the worsened outlook of the foreign demand.
