This is more than in Great Britain (9.8), where real estate is the most expensive nominally. Czech people need to save for new housing the longest in Europe. Belgian people reach housing the most easily (3.7 annual salaries). In Prague, the average price grew by 9.7 % to EUR 2587 per m2. This is according to the study Deloitte Property Index 2018, which compares markets in 14 countries of Europe.
