FinMin submitted flat tax rate act for comments

The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic has submitted to the interministerial comments proceeding the draft of the act on a flat tax rate which will result in simpler tax obligations for trade license holders along with a smaller administrative burden and financial savings.

(ČIA) The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic has submitted to the interministerial comments proceeding the draft of the act on a flat tax rate which will result in simpler tax obligations for trade license holders along with a smaller administrative burden and financial savings. Thanks to the flat rate trade license holders from the ranks of the self-employed with an annual income of up to CZK 1 million will be able to deal with three contributions on a single form. The Finance Ministry plans to introduce the flat tax rate as of January 1, 2021.
