Implementation examples

BT 9 block transformer repair

Implementation date: July 2012

The subject of the repair was the replacement of the CKD 40MVA transformer in difficult conditions with significant space and time limitation. Immediately after the equipment failure, the related technology was provided due to the transformer's inter-thread short circuit. The transformer cooling circuit's oil management was secured immediately, and the risk of oil leakage from the transformer casing was eliminated by a timely intervention.

Pulling the block transformer out of the transformer chamber. Transport of the transformer to perform an inspection finding and determine the method and price of the transformer winding repair. Disassembly of the identical BT 10 block transformer from the secondary transformer chamber. Its transport and installation in place of the disassembled BT 9 transformer.

Reassembly of the transformer. Parameterization of the transformer’s oil filling. Equipment rests and commissioning.

Reconstruction ofthe FG8 turbine generator run-of-river part

Implementation date: 2009

The subject of the renovation was the preparation of a turbine generation revision finding, repair of the TG 8 condensing turbine, outage and conservation of the backpressure part of the TG 8‑R8 turbine, renovation of the turboset control including the condensing part, and repair of the 20MVA generator (ŠKODA Plzeň).

The renovation of the turboset was carried out in the required time and quality. All required parameters of repaired and reconstructed parts of the turbine generator were observed.
