As a controlled entity, ČEZ Energetické služby, s.r.o., forms a part of the group controlled by ČEZ, a. s., as the controlling entity, in full respect of all requirements of the unbundling rules in pursuance of the Energy Act and Directive 2009/72/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. This notification is given pursuant to the provision of Section 79(3) of Act No. 90/2012 Sb., on business corporations, as amended.
ČEZ Energetické služby, s.r.o., was established in 2007 by ČEZ, a. s., as a 100% subsidiary for the comprehensive provision of services in the area of energy management, public lighting, gas supply, demi water, drinking water, wastewater, and wastewater treatment plant operation. We implement and provide systematic and fault maintenance and repairs of operated equipment. These activities were taken over by the company by carving out parts of the company from Energetika Vítkovice, a. s. The contribution of parts of the company was carried out under the VIZE 2008 project. Since 2015, ČEZ Energetické služby, s.r.o., has been a part of the ČEZ ESCO Group.
