Information on the new obligation 

Information on the new obligation of Czech legal entities in connection with the payment of dividends from ČEZ, a. s., pursuant to the Act on the registration of beneficial owners. This measure does not apply to foreign legal entities.

Information on dividends for 2022:

Until 2022, an information letter was also sent by Česká spořitelna to shareholders at their addresses registered with the Central Securities Depository. From 2023, this letter will no longer be sent.
