Diversity Charter

We believe that employees‘ competence and skills – as diverse, creative and innovative as possible - are a key to the long-term success of our business. In the era of advancing globalisation and social and demographic changes, the ability to acknowledge and respect diversity helps us to establish permanent relationships with our customers and business partners. Therefore, we are adopting principles of the Diversity Charter, which is based on, and further expands, the scope of Memorandum Diversity 2013+ focused on gender diversity only. CEZ Group has been a signatory to the Diversity Charter since 2014.
