INFORMATION ON NPP TEMELÍN 30 / 2010

Both Unit 1 and 2 are in operation at full rated power. The auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

On Saturday February 13 at 03:00 a.m., Unit 1 will be in disconnected from the distribution grid. During the three days outage, the regular test of the clusters drop will take place and a check of the overall turbine control oil system will be performed.

The test of the clusters drop at Unit 1 is the last before the summer transfer to the TVEL company fuel. The Unit will be reconnected to the grid on Monday night and from Tuesday it will work at full power.

Information on parameters at Unit 1 today on February 12, 2010 at 9:00 o‘clock:

  • Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
  • Reactor power is 100 %
  • Turbine generator output - 1015 MWe
  • Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 1 021 363 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on February 12, 2010 at 9:00 o‘clock:

  • Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
  • Reactor power is 100 %
  • Turbine generator output - 1016 MWe
  • Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 1 016 558 MWh
