Code of conduct

The commitment of the Company's management to promoting ethical principles in business activities and the conduct of its employees and business partners is enshrined in two CEZ Group documents. These are the Code of Conduct, which establishes ethical rules of conduct for employees and members of CEZ Group's statutory bodies, and the Commitment to Ethical Conduct valid for all CEZ Group suppliers.

All CEZ Group employees undergo regular training in ethics and anti-bribery rules at least once every 2 years. Beyond these regular trainings, specialized trainings are organized on specific topics. These specialized trainings are designed especially for departments with higher potential risks (e.g., all employees of the Purchase department of ČEZ, a. s., are trained on an annual basis in the area of corruption prevention).
