ČEZ, a. s. signs an amendment to Sustainability-Linked Facilities Agreement with Česká spořitelna

On 26 August 2025, ČEZ, a. s. concluded with Česká spořitelna, a.s. an amendment to the loan agreement from August 2024. The amount of the loan increases by EUR 50 million to the total EUR 225 million. The maturity date of EUR 50 million is 31 December 2030. The loan is linked to the fulfilment of the 2025 carbon emission intensity target.
