CEZ Group entered into an incremental facility of CZK 8.9 billion under its existing facility agreement

June 23, 2026 - CZECH GAS NETWORKS INVESTMENTS S.À R.L. (A-/A-) in which ČEZ, a. s. indirectly holds 55.21% stake, entered into an incremental facility in the amount of CZK 8.9bn under its existing facility agreement for the purpose of refinancing part of its existing indebtedness. The facility is available for drawing with a five-year maturity and was provided by a group of four banks.
