Election of Vice-Chairmen of the Supervisory Board

At its meeting on 19 February 2026, the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s., elected Mr. Vladimír Hronek as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s., with effect from 19 February 2026, and Mr. Roman Binder with effect from 25 February 2026 (in accordance with the start of his next term of office).
