ČEZ Has Established a New Subsidiary, ČEZ Energy, to Oversee the Group’s Customer Segments
Following the decision of the General Meeting on June 1 of this year to optimize the ownership structure and management, ČEZ established a new subsidiary to oversee the customer segment. Its name is ČEZ Energy.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of ČEZ Energy, a. s., is Daniel Beneš, the Vice Chairman is Pavel Cyrani, and the members of the Board of Directors are Martin Novák and Ondřej Landa. The CEO of ČEZ Energy is Pavel Cyrani.
At the same time, other processes related to the approved optimization of the ownership structure and management are underway. These include, for example, preparing valuations of relevant subsidiaries as well as documentation for negotiations with rating agencies regarding the credit rating of ČEZ Energy, a. s., and, in this context, of ČEZ, a. s. as well.
