As part of the development of our services, we would like to inform you, that as of December 18th 2022 7-8 am, we are changing the payment portal provider.
The new payment portal will allow:
• Starting 1.1.2023: payment for charging after each re-charge in customer’s FUTUR/E/GO account (versus one payment for the entire month)
• Elimination of higher amounts payments issues for the whole month
• 3ds verification of online payments
• We are working on payments via Google Pay / Apple Pay
As a service provider, we do not have access to your payment card data, therefore we kindly ask you to re-enter the payment card into your FUTUR/E/GO account starting on December 18th from 8am via the FUTUR/E/GO mobile application or via the web portal https://account.elektromobilita.cz/login; Please go to: Account - Payment methods - Add payment method.
If you do not re-enter your payment card details, it will not be possible to charge at CEZ public charging stations.
