CEZ General Manager Revoked

The Board of Directors of CEZ decided at its irregular meeting on this 26th April to revoke CEZ General Manager Mr. Stanislav Svoboda. The current Executive Director for Economy Mr. Petr Voboril was appointed to manage the company pending the regular general meeting.

 

The Board of Directors of CEZ decided at its irregular meeting on this 26th April to revoke CEZ General Manager Mr. Stanislav Svoboda. The current Executive Director for Economy Mr. Petr Voboril was appointed to manage the company pending the regular general meeting.

All Board members voted for revocation of the General Manager, except for Mr. Stanislav Svoboda who does not vote on his own revocation. Mr. Svoboda will remain to be a member of CEZ Board of Directors.
