ČEZ Group Signed a Contract for the Sale of its Bulgarian Assets with a Bulgarian Company Inercom

CEZ Group today signed a sales contract for the sale of its Bulgarian assets with Inercom. The transaction is now subject to the approval of the Bulgarian anti-trust authority.
