Jan Kalina resigns from the Board of Directors of ČEZ

The Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of the company received a statement of resignation from Jan Kalina, member of the Board of Directors and Chief of the Renewable and Traditional Energy Division, from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of ČEZ, a. s. In his statement, Mr. Kalina asked the Supervisory Board to approve the end of his term on the Board of Directors of ČEZ, a. s., effective March 31, 2026.
