Private Placement Bond Issue

15 September 2025, ČEZ, a. s., (A-/Baa1) successfully priced private placement bond issue in nominal amount EUR 100 million via tap of existing bond issue maturing in 2031 with coupon 4.125% p.a. (ISIN XS2894908768). The expected issue date is 22 September 2025. Following the settlement the total amount outstanding of this bond will be EUR 800 million.
