Information on NPP Temelín 2226 / 2022

Unit 1 and 2 are in the operation. The auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

Information on parameters at Unit 1:

  • Unit is in the operation
  • Turbine generator output – 1103 MWe
  • Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 7 105 790 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2:

  • Unit is in the operation
  • Turbine generator output – 1104 MWe
  • Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 7 124 665 MWh

The outage of Temelín's Unit 2 completed
On Friday, ČEZ will start the regular replacement of fuel assemblies at Temelín Unit 2. They will connect the outage with a range of investments.
We are strengthening the energy security of the Czech Republic: we have signed contracts for the supply of fuel assemblies with Westinghouse and Framatome
