CEZ ESCO Project Wins Smart City 2023

The project of the Energocentrum Ivančice, implemented jointly by the South Moravian town and CEZ ESCO, won first place in the Smart Cities 2023 competition in the category of projects for towns with up to 10,000 inhabitants.
The Ivančice site is the first where low-emission heating technologies have been implemented, and their interconnection and synergy is being tested. The experience obtained will then be applied to the modernization of heating plants in other cities in Czechia.
The competition is organised by the Smart City Innovations Institute.
