CEZ Group has become a signatory to the global Women’s Empowerment Principles initiative.

By becoming a signatory, CEZ makes a public commitment to strengthening diversity, promoting equal opportunities, and applying fair treatment of women and men according to the principles set by the United Nations. It is a step towards achieving the long-term goal of increasing the proportion of women in management from the current 12% to 30% by 2030.
