ČEZ is Silver Employer of the Year

ČEZ, a. s., took second place in the Pluxee Employer of the Year 2025 competition, in which Czech companies have been competing for 23 years. The Czech energy leader succeeded in the category of companies with more than 5,000 employees. In addition to its approach to employees, the expert jury also evaluates, among other things, the social responsibility of employers and companies' approach to continuing education and improving the qualifications of their employees.
