CEZ operates photovoltaic plants with a capacity of 200 MW in the Czech Republic and is accelerating construction. Hundreds of MW will be launched within two years.

Over the past 15 months, the CEZ Group has launched photovoltaic power plants with a capacity of 73 MW. Next year, it will commission up to 100 MW of solar power sources. It has further projects in the pipeline in the order of several hundred MW, which it will gradually commission over the next two years. CEZ currently produces emission-free electricity from the sun in power plants with a capacity of 200 MW in the Czech Republic, covering the consumption of more than 60,000 households.
