Dukovany has gotten a youth boost; the new generation includes four female nuclear reactor operators

The Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant has undergone a generational shift. The average age of employees has dropped to 42, which is currently lower than at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant, which began operations later. Additionally, a woman is now involved in the operation of each of the nuclear units. Three more women have joined the ranks in recent months, following in the footsteps of Dukovany’s first female secondary circuit operator.
