The growing number of electric vehicles on Czech roads is clearly reflected in the volume of electricity drawn from public charging stations. CEZ charging stations also reported an increase in the consumption of certified zero-emission energy during the first half of the year, with drivers drawing 29% more electricity year-over-year. Drivers stopped at CEZ stations in the futurego network nearly 350,000 times, refueling an average of 24 kWh per charge. The greatest demand is for ultra-fast charging stations with a capacity of over 150 kW, the construction of which is a priority for the CEZ Group. The network is expanding thanks to funding from the Transport Operational Program as well as the Group’s own resources.
