Increase in Clean Energy Generation

CEZ Group’s renewable sources increased electricity generation by 15% in the first half of the year.

The increase was the result of favourable hydrological and wind conditions, modernisation of hydropower plants, and quality maintenance. Emission-free electricity generation increased from 1.6 TWh to 1.9 TWh in comparison with the first half of 2022.
