Last year, CEZ Distribuce connected 17,967 photovoltaic power plants with an installed capacity of 491.6 MW

In 2025, CEZ Distribuce connected 17,967 photovoltaic power plants with an installed capacity of 491.6 MW to the distribution network. These investments were driven by the demands of Czech customers, and more than 74% were low-voltage power plants with a capacity of up to 10 kW. Almost 88% of the installations are equipped with battery storage. A total of 157,725 photovoltaic power plants with an installed capacity of 3,039 MW are currently connected to the CEZ Distribuce network. In 2025, CEZ Distribuce invested approximately CZK 8.6 billion in necessary modifications to the distribution system prompted by customer requests for connection, including renewable sources.
