More than 670 customers contacted the CEZ ombudsman last year. He also helped in cases where customers were at fault

Customers continued to place their trust in the services of the CEZ Ombudsman last year. In 2025, 674 people sent their complaints to the Ombudsman, who recognized 50 of them as justified. In more than half of the cases, a specific approach was used. This allows the Ombudsman to help even customers whose requests are not justified but who find themselves in difficult life situations.
