The Central Bohemian Region will save CZK 470 million thanks to a large-scale EPC project. ČEZ ESCO will contribute significantly to the savings
The Central Bohemian Region is launching one of the largest and most investment-intensive EPC projects in the Czech Republic, which should save the region a total of CZK 470 million over the next ten years on energy costs in dozens of buildings. A large part of the energy saving measures will be taken care of by ENESA from ČEZ ESCO holding, which will implement three large energy saving packages. These alone will save the region over CZK 150 million in energy costs over the next 10 years. ENESA will renovate a total of 22 buildings and premises in Rakovník, Kladno, Příbram, Zdice and other towns and villages in Central Bohemia. The EPC project will cover schools, social care homes and the Rabas Gallery in Rakovník. As with other similar projects, the savings are guaranteed by the contractor ENESA.
