The ČEZ Foundation helped plant 158,000 trees. If lined up end to end, the trees would stretch from the Czech Republic all the way to the Croatian coast.

As part of its Vision 2030, the CEZ Group places great emphasis on climate protection and decarbonization, which also includes supporting the restoration of native tree species in cities, towns, and the open countryside. Through its “Trees” grant program, the ČEZ Foundation has helped plant over 158,000 trees throughout the Czech Republic. It is continuing this support this year as well. The second round of the grant program is currently underway, in which applicants can receive a grant of up to 150,000 CZK.
