The CEZ Group's contact centers, which are based in Pilsen, have once again succeeded in an international comparison. In the 20th anniversary edition of the contact center competition in Berlin, they won gold and silver.

ČEZ Prodej's contact centers (customer centers, call centers, and contact points) won a gold medal in the Best in Customer Service category and a silver medal in the Best Contact Center category. The international competition is organized by the Canadian contact center association ContactCenterWorld, which has members in more than 200 countries and territories.
