The Dukovany power plant is set for extensive modernization

The energy company CEZ wants to launch an extensive project to modernize the engine rooms in Dukovany this year. A series of investments related to turbines, pumps, and other key equipment are aimed at ensuring the long-term operation of the power plant and potentially further increasing its output thanks to higher equipment efficiency. This year, CEZ is investing CZK 4.4 billion in improving safety and efficiency at Dukovany.
