Year-on-year increase of 18 percent in the number of women working in nuclear power plants

The number of women working in nuclear power plants has increased by 18 percent compared to 2023. Currently, 375 women work at Temelin and Dukovany. A year ago, the number was 317. Their share in the total number of employees has already exceeded twelve percent. ČEZ has been trying to break the myth of the power industry as a male industry for a long time and systematically supports women in their career development.
