The turbine control system has been upgraded at Temelín

Experts from Doosan Škoda Power have installed a new monitoring system on the turbine of Unit 2 at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. The system measures blade rotation timing with precision down to billionths of a second. This is another in a series of modernisation projects designed to help ensure the South Bohemian nuclear power plant can operate safely and reliably for more than sixty years. The investment amounted to tens of millions of Czech crowns.
