Employees of ČEZ and the integrated subsidiaries had the option of taking their complaints relating to the exercise of rights and obligations ensuing from the employeremployee relationship to the Chief Human Resources Officer of ČEZ. Complaints are dealt with by the social relations department, which ensures that the content of each complaint is duly investigated and the employee receives a response. When shortcomings are found, necessary corrective measures are taken.
